A nutritious morning starts with a perfectly poached egg.
Boil 2 inches of water in a large pan. Rinse the poachers with some water, and crack 4 eggs in 4 poachers, and use medium heat for 5 minutes.
Rinse the eggs with cool water and flip the poachers to let the eggs out.
Make some toast and put the perfectly poached eggs on top of it with your favorite ingredients.
